When you purchase gear from That’s the Plan, we collect shipping addresses, customer names, email addresses, and phone numbers strictly for processing and delivering your orders. Payment card data is processed directly and securely through Stripe PCI-compliant infrastructure; we never store your payment card numbers on our servers.
2. Third-Party Fulfillment Partners
To fulfill orders on-demand without excess textile waste, recipient shipping details are transmitted via encrypted API to Printful (our fulfillment partner) to print, pack, and dispatch your order.
